Wow, what a great night at the Millstone Public House in Dartmouth, N.S. on Baker Drive. We had a casual get together and everyone showed up in Sole Sister gear and Black Cat attire for our Friday the 13th theme.
The next one is October 4th, 2019 at the MSVU The Meadows at 6pm-8pm and the theme is 90s Trivia. Kaitlyn, Scott and I had so much fun at the race over the past years (Scott supporting on the sidelines) that we’re excited Stacy Chesnutt trusted us to come up with something fun – so we are hosting these parties up until the race day in 2020! (Note: none in December or February due to scheduling issues).
Shout out to Pineapple Eventworks for all of the decor, help in planning and expertise in dealing with event spaces!
Coming up next – our ZUMBA Fundraiser Sept 25th with Instructor Iris Laven at the Port Wallis United Church (263 Waverley Road in Dartmouth, N.S.) 6:30pm supporting local women’s non-profit service Alice House. Fee is $10 and exact change welcomed! 100% goes directly to Alice House. Thanks Iris for doing this!! Hope to see you there!!
